Our accommodation, cozy and well-maintained, represents the perfect place for families and couples on a trip. We have a secure space available where we can store our guests' bicycles, and upon request, we provide cycling guides and territory maps with described routes, elevation changes, and difficulty levels. Our apartments are equipped with free Wi-Fi, a kitchenette, a washing machine, and a clothesline. Guests will enjoy the utmost freedom, as if they were at their own home!
We can accommodate a maximum of 8 travelers in total:
- "ROSE HOUSE" which can accommodate up to 3 people
- "CALLE HOUSE" which can accommodate up to 5 people
You can also bring your small four-legged friends with you.

Our holiday homes are located in the historic center of Cividale del Friuli, a splendid medieval village, in an area of ??great archaeological and architectural value. A few minutes walk will separate you from the main attractions of our beautiful city: Piazza del Duomo with the Longobard Museum, the famous Ponte del Diavolo, the Lombard Temple, the Celtic hypogeum and so on.
From Cividale it is possible to leave for splendid excursions on foot and by bicycle towards the Natisone Valleys, the Judrio Valley, the Collio Friulano and Goriziano. Cividale is also located a few kilometers from Slovenia.
